Mood board: Claudia

To develop each of my characters further and to gain a better understanding of each one, I have created a moodboard which hopefully conveys the idea behind each character and how my chosen word is influencing this.

In my moodboard for Claudia I included images of how I want her to be perceived, influence of my chosen word and a basic idea of her storyline in Dexter. I feel that creating the moodboard allows me to visualise my character and help the audience gain a better understanding of them. Claudia has a very mysterious side that does not instantly come across to other people. She may seem quiet and shy but behind closed doors she has a secret. 
The influence of the word 'awakening' plays a part in her love for horror. When her friendship with Dexter develops she realises that they both have an obsession with violence, horror and gore. Her brain awakens to a range of ideas and thoughts that she had never been able to express.
